Estimating Coordinator / Small Projects Manager
Colleen brings to Bogan & Associates over 10 years of construction experience, attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills which are all indispensable assets to not only the Bogan & Associates team, but to our clients as well. Her position within our company allows her to provide paramount support to the Field Superintendent, while also interfacing daily with clients, subcontractors, and architects to ensure a perfectly orchestrated project.
As Estimating Coordinator, Colleen is responsible for collecting and distributing all information related to any project on which the Estimating Department will submit a proposal. With her many years of construction drawing development, she is quick to find important details or missing information.
Colleen’s position allows her the unique advantage of following a project from its pre-construction stage to final close out.
Colleen received her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. As an intern, she was able to work with a local architectural firm, allowing her to gain a significant background in all aspects of the commercial building industry. Since then, Colleen has worked directly with such companies as Starbucks, Smith Barney / Citigroup, Sylvan Learning Centers and University of Maryland Medical Center; in their efforts to expand, renovate and update.
