Jasmine SiemonProject & Service Division Manager

Jasmine gained her first construction experience in 2003 working as the Assistant Project Manager for the facilities department with McClellan Business Park in California. She moved to Maryland in 2005 and joined Bogan & Associates in 2006. She started in the Accounting Department and within the first few years, she created and implemented many procedures across multiple departments. Jasmine’s attention to detail and communication skills allow her to work efficiently with our clients, foreman and vendors. In 2001, Jasmine’s initiative and motivation directed to her towards the growing need for a services division. Thus, she created Bogan Services and currently acts as Principal.
